Description

Responsibilities:

+ Managing and processing life insurance policy changes.

+ Determining and requesting the necessary documentation or paperwork needed to support a policy change.

+ Reviewing submitted documentation for accuracy and completion.

+ Responding to income emails, phone calls, and faxes promptly.

+ Calculating term conversion credits and agent's commissions.

Requirements for Success:

+ High School diploma or GED equivalent; with 1 year of customer service experience, financial services experience is preferred.

+ Ability to learn our life products, policies, provisions, and regulatory guidelines quickly.

+ Excellent verbal/written communication, attention to detail, and the ability to actively listen.

+ Ability to manage complex tasks utilizing an intermediate math/accounting skillset.

+ Proper time management and the ability to meet deadlines.

+ Willingness to learn/retain utilization of computer systems essential for the job functions, including Microsoft Office, and internal processing systems.

+ Ability to practice a high level of confidentiality, organization, and attention to detail.
