Position Overview

At Aurora Flight Sciences, we design, build, and fly advanced aircraft and enabling technologies from concept to reality. We are searching for a talented and self-motivated Intern- Chief of Staff to help us create the future of flight. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:

Responsibilities

-Attending executive meetings and taking notes.

-Processing meeting notes and assigning tasks and action items accordingly.

-Relaying information effectively between team members and sharing information.

-Researching content for meetings.

-Gathering, analyzing, processing, and presenting research findings.

-Lead corporate level continuous improvement initiatives.

Minimum Requirements

Enrollment in bachelor’s program in one of the following fields:

-Business

-Economics

-Engineering

-Political Science

-Communications

-Prior internship experience working in a fast-paced team

-Leadership and team collaboration experience

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

-Project management experience

-Must be a U.S. Person

Preferred Requirements

-A strong academic record

-Experience contributing to a team in a fast-paced, competitive, and self-directed environment

-Experience in project management, business, data organization and analysis

Physical Requirements

-Ability to work 5 days a week onsite in Manassas, VA
