As the Sanitation Manager you will lead sanitation operations and supervise, train, and direct the Assistant Sanitation Manager and sanitation associates. You report to the District Manager and facilitate the sanitation operations in line with the location objectives and client expectations.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the sanitation team to ensure the client food manufacturing facility is clean, sanitary and ready to pass all government and third part audits and inspections.

• Prepare, schedule and manage the client facility sanitation program in accordance with Aramark Master Sanitation Schedule and sanitation planning programs.

• Implement and run the Aramark Sanitation OPX program at the client location.

• Schedule, distribute and manage sanitor work assignments on a daily basis

• Complete a Go Spot Check site audit monthly.

• Perform daily and weekly inspections of task completion quality, document findings and identify improvements to be made.

• Assist in driving operational efficiencies, enforcing compliance with all company and client policies and procedures, including facility safety and work rules.

• Perform quality control inspections of entire facility every month.

• Be able to recognize acceptable and non-acceptable cleaning practices and make necessary changes.

• Represent Aramark Facility Services on a daily basis to the customer's employees and key decision makers

• Conduct regular consultative business reviews with client, capture information using scorecard tool, or meeting minutes (MJRs).

• Manage the full P&L Responsibilities for Account Site.

• Manage labor, revenue, and expenses to maximize FLC.

• Invoice the client in a timely manner.

• Manag the account location budget, as well as create annual budgets and then manage to meet or exceed budget.

• Manage Revenue and FLC to within 5% of monthly estimates.

Qualifications

Mandatory Qualifications

• Must have 2-5 years of management experience in a fast-paced environment

• Must have 2-5 years of experience with sanitation practices within a food production environment

• Must be computer literate and able to compile reports, create presentations, understand how to use the Microsoft Office suite of programs (excel, ppt, word) and be able to utilize MSS software and Aramark sanitation management programs.

Desired Qualifications

• P&L accountability and/or contract-managed service experience is desirable

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
