    Job Summary

    We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst with experience to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SQL. This role involves overseeing testing processes to ensure quality and efficiency in our projects contributing to the companys success and societal impact.

    Responsibilities

    + **Lead the testing team to ensure all deliverables meet the highest quality standards.**

    + **Oversee the development and execution of test plans and test cases for various projects.**

    + **Provide expertise in Ab Initio Unix Database and SQL AWS to enhance testing processes.**

    + **Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of testing activities.**

    + **Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders for informed decision-making.**

    + **Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in Cards and Payments.**

    + **Identify and mitigate risks associated with testing processes to prevent project delays.**

    + **Develop and maintain testing documentation for future reference and continuous improvement.**

    + **Coordinate with developers and business analysts to resolve defects and improve product quality.**

    + **Implement automated testing solutions to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.**

    + **Monitor testing progress and adjust strategies as necessary to meet project timelines.**

    + **Provide training and support to junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.**

    + **Contribute to the companys purpose by ensuring the delivery of reliable and secure payment solutions.**

    Qualifications

    + **Possess strong technical skills in Ab Initio Unix Database and SQL AWS essential for effective testing.**

    + **Demonstrate domain expertise in Cards and Payments crucial for understanding project requirements.**

    + **Exhibit excellent problem-solving abilities to address testing challenges efficiently.**

    + **Have a keen eye for detail to ensure thorough testing and defect identification.**

    + **Show proficiency in automated testing tools to streamline testing processes.**

    + **Display strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.**

    + **Maintain a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new testing technologies.**

    Salary and Other Compensation:

    Applications will be accepted until December 20 th 2025. The annual salary for this position is between $70K- 90K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

     

    Please note, this role is not able to offer visa transfer or sponsorship now or in the future.

     

    This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
