    Job Title: Instructional Aide

     

    Work Hours: Monday-Friday - Hours vary from 3.5 hour morning shifts to 7 hour school days

     

    Pay Rate: $21/hour

     

    Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Instructional Aides to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for students in an elementary classroom setting. In this role, the aide will provide 1:1 support to special needs students.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Provide behavior support to students.

    + Supervise and monitor the safety of children.

    + Assist students with homework and academic enrichment activities.

    + Encourage positive social interactions and address any behavioral issues.

    + Communicate effectively with staff.

    + Maintain a clean and organized program environment.

    + Follow all school policies and procedures.

    Requirements:

    + High school diploma or equivalent.

    + Previous experience working with children is preferred.

    + Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    + Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

    + Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
