Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (School Setting)
Pay Rate: $80+/hr
Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hrs/week
Start Date: ASAP – End of School Year
About the Role
We are seeking a Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our school-based team. In this role, you will conduct student evaluations, provide therapy services, and document progress in accordance with individualized plans of care and physician orders.
Responsibilities
+ Perform comprehensive student evaluations
+ Deliver speech-language therapy services to students (Pre-K through 8th grade)
+ Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and progress
+ Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
+ Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
Minimum Requirements
+ Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Licensure in the state of assignment
+ Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred (may be required by state/contract)
+ Current CPR certification (if applicable)
+ TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray (if applicable)
+ Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
+ Must meet all professional standards of practice
+ Must be at least 18 years of age

+ Grade Level: Pre-K – 8th
+ Caseload: 40–60 students
+ Language Requirement: Bilingual (Spanish)
+ Start/End Time: TBD (confirmed 37.5 hrs/week)
Compensation & Bonus
+ Pay: Negotiable starting at $80/hr
+ Bonus: Performance bonus possible
