School Psychologist (LSSP) – Huntsville, TX

Pay: $55/hour

Hours: 37.5 per week

Schedule: School hours (In-Person & Hybrid: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote)

Contract: Remainder of the 2025–2026 School Year

Position Overview

We are seeking a Licensed Specialist in School Psychology (LSSP) to join our team in Huntsville, TX. The School Psychologist plays a vital role in supporting students through mental health and developmental challenges, conducting assessments, and helping qualify students for additional services. This position provides on-site psychological services under state and district guidelines.

Responsibilities

+ Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations.

+ Provide consultation and direct services to students.

+ Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.

+ Support compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

+ Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to professional standards.

Minimum Requirements

+ Active Texas LSSP license and certification by TBHEC.

+ Master’s degree in Psychology (preferred).

+ Experience with pediatric and adolescent populations.

+ Familiarity with assessments, consultations, and direct services.

+ Current CPR certification (if applicable).

+ TB questionnaire, PPD or chest X-ray (if applicable).

+ Health certificate per state or contract requirements.

+ Must be at least 18 years of age.

Additional Details

+ Modality: In-Person & Hybrid (3 onsite / 2 remote).

+ Floating: May be required; details discussed during interview.

+ Campus Assignment: Will be confirmed during interview.
