Position Type: Full-Time (Monday–Friday, school hours)

Pay Rate: $18.50–$23 per hour (competitive pay)

About the Role:

We are seeking passionate and reliable individuals to join our team as Special Education Support Staff. These roles are essential in providing support to students with diverse learning needs, ensuring they have the tools and assistance necessary to succeed in an inclusive educational environment.

Responsibilities:

+ Assist students with academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs.

+ Support classroom teachers in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs).

+ Provide one-on-one or small group support as directed.

+ Help manage classroom behavior and promote positive reinforcement strategies.

+ Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment.

Qualifications:

+ High school diploma or equivalent (some college or related experience preferred).

+ Experience working with children or in an educational setting is a plus.

+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

+ Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff.

Schedule:

+ Full-time, Monday–Friday during school hours.
