    School-Based BCBA – Board Certified Behavior Analyst

We are seeking dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support students and school teams during the 2025–2026 School Year.     Responsibilities:

    + Conduct functional behavior assessments within school settings

    + Develop individualized behavior intervention plans aligned with educational goals

    + Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff to implement strategies

    + Train school personnel and families on effective behavior techniques

    + Supervise and mentor behavior technicians working in classrooms

    + Monitor student progress and adjust interventions for success

    + Prepare clear documentation and reports for IEP meetings and compliance

    Qualifications:

    + Current BCBA certification (or BCaBA under BCBA supervision)

    + Experience in school-based ABA programs strongly preferred

    + CPR certification

    + Excellent communication and collaboration skills
