Special Education Teacher (ECSE) – $47/hr – Del Valle, TX – Full-Time

Position Overview:

We are hiring a Special Education Teacher to provide services for elementary students in ECSE and Resource/Inclusion settings. This role includes planning and implementing individualized programs, managing a classroom with para support, and collaborating with general education staff.

Assignment Details:

+ Location: Del Valle, TX

+ Start Date: January 5, 2026

+ End Date: May 22, 2026 (18-week assignment)

+ Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:15 AM – 3:15 PM | 37.5 hrs/week

+ Modality: In-person

+ Pay Rate: $47/hr | W2 position

+ Openings: 1

+ Caseload: 10–15 students | ECSE and Resource/Inclusion | Para support provided

Responsibilities:

+ Provide individualized instruction and classroom management

+ Collaborate with general education staff

+ Perform regular SPED teacher duties

+ Comfortable working with young children; potential toileting assistance

Requirements:

+ Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)

+ Valid TX teaching certificate (SPED EC–12 and Gen Ed EC–6 required)

+ Current CPR certification

+ Health clearance and TB screening

+ Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

+ Must be at least 18 years of age
