    About the Role:

    Are youpassionate about helping children succeed? Join our dedicated team asa Behavior Technician, where you’ll support students with special needs inachieving their educational and behavioral goals. You’ll work closely witheducators, therapists, and families to create a positive, inclusive learningenvironment that empowers every student to thrive.

    What You’ll Do:

    + Provide one-on-one or small group behavioral support to students in school settings

    + Implement behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or other specialists

    + Track and report student progress using data collection tools

    + Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support student success

    + Foster a safe, respectful, and engaging learning environment

    What We’re Looking For:

    + High School diploma or equivalent (required)

    + At least 18 years of age

    + Two (2) years of pediatric or school-based experience (preferred)

    + Current CPR certification (if applicable)

    + TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest x-ray clearance (if applicable)

    + Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

    + Compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic about working with children

    + Strong communication and teamwork skills
