    Our mission? To create the foundation that makes cloud service deployment simple, fast, and scalable. As part of the Cloud Infrastructure team, you’ll work on large-scale system design, networking, security, automated orchestration, and more. This is where innovation meets reliability.

     

    As a Principal Engineer for Capacity, you’ll ensure our cloud infrastructure can handle today’s demands—and tomorrow’s growth. You’ll focus on performance, scalability, and reliability, combining hands-on development with strategic planning. From analyzing system performance to designing failover mechanisms, you’ll play a critical role in keeping our services resilient and efficient.

    Requirements:

    + Anticipate future resource needs and design for scalability.

    + Continuously monitor system performance and run load tests.

    + Optimize compute resources to prevent over-provisioning or shortages.

    + Implement redundancy and failover strategies to minimize downtime.

    + Automate capacity-related tasks using **Python, Bash** , and other tools.

    + Collaborate with development and operations teams to align infrastructure with application needs.

    Required Qualifications:

    + **10+ years** in capacity engineering or related domains.

    + Strong programming skills in **Python, Golang** , and automation scripting.

    + Deep expertise in **Linux environments** .

    + Hands-on experience with infrastructure management and automation.

    + Proficiency with APM tools like **Prometheus, Grafana, ELK** .

    + Familiarity with hyperscaler platforms ( **GCP preferred** , AWS, or Azure).

    Our salary ranges consider a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to benchmarking by independent third-party consultants, skill sets, years of experience, training, education, geography, and other business needs. Depending on experience, the range can be higher for candidates with exceptional experience and a demonstrated history of successful performance. This position's expected total compensation (base salary) is $135,600.00-$200,000.00

     

    The candidate will be rewarded with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, life and accidental death insurance, a 401(k) plan, and participation in the Company’s Incentive Plan. Candidates starting with the Company will be eligible for eleven paid holidays in a full calendar year, two weeks of paid vacation (prorated based on start date), as well as other leave options.
