Job Summary
The College of Pharmacy Office of Academic Programs Administration is hiring a **TES Accessibility Testing Center Proctor** to support students by proctoring exams when faculty are unavailable, when accommodations are needed, or when students are completing make-up exams.
Temporary Employment Services (TES ), a unit of the Auburn University Department of Human Resources, is an in-house support center established to meet the temporary employment needs of the university.TES provides qualified and dedicated temporary employees in a wide variety of occupations to meet the staffing needs throughout the campus. Temporary employees are hired for a variety of reasons with the most common being:
+ Assistance in the place of a regular employee who is absent for a specified period of time
+ Additional assistance during periods of abnormal or peak workloads
+ Assistance with special projects
+ Seasonal work
+ Emergencies

Essential Functions
+ Assists exam-takers in the testing process to include check-in, computer start up, password entry, and exam upload upon completion.
+ Ensures students are taking only approved material to the testing area.
+ Monitors time for students taking exams.
+ Notifies students when time begins and ends.
+ Assists and notifies staff and/or faculty members of any problem which may arise during the exam.
+ Assists with troubleshooting technical issues with exam software.
+ Maintains confidentiality of all student and exam information.
+ Secures the integrity of the exam.
+ Experience with Examsoft preferred but not required.

Minimum Qualifications
+ Highschool diploma or equivalent.
+ 2 years of experience in administrative support, customer service, and/or academic or similar role, such as a teacher, administrator, or test administrator.
+ Ability to learn and understand the testing process, procedures and rules.
+ Ability to assist with resolving computer & technical issues.
+ Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Substitutions Allowed for Experience:
Graduate degrees may be accepted in lieu of experience.
