Fully-ramped PE/VC Team Lead focus is to work within a set of PE named accounts and grow the relationship and partnership with those firms.
More About the Opportunity:
+ Carry a quota for your region that encompasses named accounts only
+ Run the PE sales process for all PE Firms in your territory. that have deals associated.
+ Join prospect calls with Rep.
+ Attend and provide meaningful commentary for the vertical forecast calls.
+ Providing consistent updates on the deal via the slack channel and CRM
+ Utilize NetSuite CRM for internal communication
+ Leading and attend meetings with reps and management
+ Run triggers daily using Pitchbook
+ Participate and lead marketing and event outreach for your named accounts
+ Keep forecast up to date along with knowledge on quota attainment numbers to report to management
+ Prepare and conduct monthly and quarterly calls with VIP select strategic accounts and other accounts that ask for this level of service
+ Work with AMO and management for other escalations within named accounts.
+ Work with risk mitigation team on trainings for PE
+ Set up and work with marketing for PC training sessions
+ Attend on-sites and events when appropriate
+ Book, run and prep for all meetings
+ Responsible for renewing and booking new pricing agreements with PE firms
+ Responsible for SuiteWorld outreach, agenda building and support and attendance for all named accounts
+ Use sales navigator and Linked In responsibly and use marketing posts to help drive visibility and attendance
About You:
+ 5-7 years of work experience in a quota carrying role
+ Strong interpersonal communication skills
+ Collaborative mindset, within team and broader organization
+ Self-starter and self-motivator
+ Strong organizational and operational skill set
+ Experience selling enterprise software
+ Plus Experience working with PE and PE backed companies
Responsibilities
Facilitates the development of strategic marketing and new business plans for all assigned partners to meet or exceed assigned business goals. Works with Partners to identify opportunities and create demand through lead generation activities and target account selling strategies. Actively track joint sales pipeline and meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. Develop and maintain relationships with global counterparts to leverage corporate initiatives and to ensure adherence to Alliances and Channel standards. Monitor partners business results, making recommendations for improvements to increase penetration for the strategic partners. Establish rules of engagement and operational escalation procedures to quickly identify and resolve issues.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $90,100 to $147,600 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 70/30 - 80/20.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
