Job Summary

• Elevate the guest experience in every premium seat!

As the General Manager of Clubs & Catering, you will lead the strategy and execution of all premium club hospitality offerings at Desert Diamond Arena. You will ensure premium service standards are met, drive innovation in guest experiences, and work collaboratively across departments to deliver excellence at every touchpoint.

Qualifications:

+ 5+ years of leadership experience in premium hospitality, sports, or entertainment industry

+ Experience with managing bottle service and mixology program

+ Strong financial and operational acumen with keen eye for detail

+ Experience in managing premium products and VIP guest expectations

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and POS/hospitality management systems

Key Responsibilities:

+ Direct and oversee all premium services including clubs, catering and VIP areas

+ Develop and implement strategies to maximize premium revenue and guest satisfaction

+ Lead, train, and mentor a high-performing premium service team

+ Maintain close relationships with clients and internal partners

+ Coordinate with culinary, operations, and sales teams to deliver seamless event execution

+ Monitor and evaluate guest feedback to drive continuous improvement

+ Ensure compliance with Levy standards and local regulations
