In this leadership role, you will provide direct clinical and administrative supervision to a dedicated team of behavioral health therapists. You will serve as a senior member of the therapy team, shaping clinical excellence, fostering staff development, and strengthening patient-centered care- offering clinical expertise and oversight to ensure the delivery of best-in-class behavioral health services. Additionally, you will support special events and assist with clinical coverage as needed, bringing flexibility and collaboration into your daily work.

Key Details:

* Schedule: Monday-Friday, daylight hours

* Primary Location: West 26 th Street, Erie PA

* Travel: Occasional visits to our Franklin, PA satellite location

Responsibilities:

+ Oversees and provides direct clinical care, including assessments, treatment planning, individual and group therapy, same-day documentation, crisis response, and coordination with insurers and patient access staff.

+ Supervises clinical operations and staff, including assigning daily work, managing caseloads and census, conducting performance reviews, enforcing policies, and ensuring continuity and safety of care.

+ Leads treatment coordination and care transitions by participating in treatment team meetings, reviewing complex cases, assessing service needs, and referring patients to appropriate levels of care or community resources.

+ Ensures program quality, compliance, and improvement through regulatory readiness, quality assurance and performance improvement activities, evidence-based supervision, and risk management oversight.

+ Collaborates with leadership on program operations and strategy, including recruitment, training and education initiatives, budget oversight, annual goals, and system-wide performance planning.

+ Master's degree in psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Education in school counseling, or related field required.

+ Five years of clinical experience diagnosing and treating behavioral and psychiatric conditions required.

+ Three years of demonstrated progressive leadership experience required.

+ Knowledge of psychiatric evaluation and assessment process, as well as application of current version of the DSM required.Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Marriage Family Therapist (LMFT) or Doctorate in Psychology required.

+ Act 31 Child Abuse Reporting with renewal

+ Act 33 with renewal

+ Act 34 with renewal

+ Act 73 FBI Clearance with renewal
