    Job Description

    Registered Nurse – Lactation Consultant (IBCLC)

     

    Support first feeds. Build confidence. Change lives.

     

    We’re looking for a passionate **RN Lactation Consultant (IBCLC)** who believes breastfeeding support is powerful, personal, and life-changing. In this role, you’ll guide families through their feeding journey while serving as a trusted clinical expert and educator for our care teams.

    What You’ll Do

    + Provide hands-on, evidence-based breastfeeding support to mothers and families

    + Educate and empower patients and staff with best practices in lactation care

    + Champion a welcoming, family-centered breastfeeding culture

    + Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve maternal and infant outcomes

    What You Bring

    + BSN and active **Missouri RN license**

    + 2+ years obstetrical or related inpatient/teaching experience

    + **IBCLC certification**

    + Current **CPR and NRP** certifications

    Preferred

    + Spanish-English bilingual

    + Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher experience
