Johnson & Johnson MedTech Surgery is seeking a strategic and results-driven **Lead Financial Analyst** to lead financial planning and analysis for its Global Wound Closure & Healing (WC&H) Franchise, a $3B business encompassing Wound Closure, Hernia, and Women’s Health platforms. This position is in Raritan, NJ.

The Senior Financial Analyst will help shape platform strategy, prioritize innovation investments, and drive portfolio transformation to accelerate growth and strengthen the business.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Financial leadership, business partnering, and coordination of the annual WC&H R&D business plan and quarterly latest estimates, coordinating between New Product Development and Advanced Evaluation to build an annual budget aligned to platform strategy.
+ Strategic Business Partnering; collaborate with WC&H leadership to develop platform strategies and optimize the innovation portfolio including the development of business cases for external innovation opportunities.
+ Monthly/quarterly budget versus actual and headcount reporting and variance analysis for Finance leadership and R&D partners.
+ Key point of contact for WC&H R&D quarterly actuals and periodic forecast submissions.
+ Portfolio prioritization and various ad-hoc analyses on portfolio health and priorities.
+ Cross-Functional Collaboration; strong partnerships across supply chain teams to ensure alignment and execution of strategic initiatives
+ Support the development of dashboards and performance measurement tools to track business health and identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
+ A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in finance or accounting.
+ A minimum 4 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting is required.
+ Proven ability to partner cross-functional teams in a global, matrixed environment is required.
+ Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and strategic thinking is required.
+ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management capabilities are required.
+ This position is in Raritan, NJ and may require up to 10% travel.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$94,000.00 - $151,800.00
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.
Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
Vacation –120 hours per calendar year
Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado –48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year
Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year
Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year
Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days
Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year
Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours per calendar year
