    Position Overview

    As a UX Design Intern, you will work alongside experienced designers and researchers to create innovative and user-centered digital experiences across various platforms. This role will provide hands-on experience in the design process, from research and ideation to prototyping and testing. The ideal candidate is passionate about UX design, has a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, and is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. You will gain valuable insights into the luxury retail market and contribute to projects that directly impact the Tiffany & Co. customer experience.

    Key Accountabilities:

    + **Assist in User Research:** Support user research activities, including planning, conducting interviews, surveys, and usability testing sessions. Analyze research data and translate findings into actionable design recommendations.

    + **Contribute to Design Development:** Assist in the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts.

    + **Support the Design Process:** Collaborate with UX designers and stakeholders throughout the design process, from initial concept to final implementation.

    + **Maintain Design Consistency:** Ensure design consistency across all digital platforms by adhering to brand guidelines and design standards.

    + **Participate in Design Reviews:** Actively participate in design reviews, providing constructive feedback and contributing to the continuous improvement of the user experience.

    + **Documentation and Organization:** Assist in maintaining design documentation, including design specifications, style guides, and asset libraries.

    + **Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams:** Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design solutions are feasible and align with business objectives.

    + **Support Accessibility Efforts:** Contribute to ensuring that all digital experiences are accessible to users of all abilities, following accessibility guidelines and best practices.

    + **Contribute to Innovation:** Brainstorm and contribute innovative ideas to enhance the user experience and drive business growth.

    Required Qualifications:

    + Currently enrolled in a BA/BS degree program or 2025 graduate in Product Design, User Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or other digital design related fields.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Ideally has existing exposure to Product & UX Design methodologies & strategy.

    + Proficient in relevant design and prototyping software (e.g., Figma).

    + Clear communicator, creative problem solver, organized work style, dedicated to user-centricity, with a growth mindset.

    + Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research methods and practices.

    + An ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and fluid environment.

    + Curiosity about design thinking and up-leveling skills.

    Performance Measures and Scope of Role:

    + This role helps to increase overall customer satisfaction on our various digital touchpoints. The intern will track and identify existing customer pain points, severity of customer frustrations, and uncover new business opportunities to inform and guide product strategy.

    Salary:

    + Compensation for this internship will be $25 per hour.
