    **JOB SUMMARY:** The Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of freight and warehouse agents.

    **Schedule -** Sunday through Friday 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    + Managing Freight Operations: Ensure the efficient movement of the freight in and out of the warehouse.

    + Supervising Warehouse Associates: Providing guidance, support, and direction to warehouse associates to ensure productivity and safety.

    + Booking Trailers: Coordinating and booking trailers for shipments, ensuring timely and, efficient transportation

    + Assisting Dispatch Team: Collaborating with the dispatch team to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues

    + Equipment Management: Overseeing the maintenance and management of equipment, ensuring it's in good working condition

    SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:

    + Detail Oriented

    + Excellent computer and communication skills

    + Able to multitask in a high-paced environment

    + Strong verbal and technical written communication

    + Highly organized and detail-oriented

    + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

    + Able to type 35+ wpm minimum

    Pay Range:

    $70,304k
