Position Overview:
We are seeking an **Intern, Retail,** to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique immersion into the luxury retail business, encompassing a balanced approach to in-store Clienteling and essential back-of-house operations to cultivate a fundamental understanding of our retail store environment.
As a Retail intern, you will gain valuable exposure to our functional market teams, fostering close partnerships with departments such as Client Relations, Client Development, Retail Learning, Retail Performance, and Human Resources, thereby learning the foundational pillars of our luxury brand. The ideal candidate will embody our TCO competencies, demonstrating a **Thoughtful** approach to strategic thinking, a **Curious** drive for learning, and an **Optimistic** outlook in all endeavors.
To be a successful candidate, you must be both a strategic thinker and a hands-on contributor, overseeing the day-to-day execution of agreed-upon strategies with a keen focus on our clients, our people, and brand desirability. Key Accountabilities
**Client Service Excellence & Operational Support:** Support and contribute to in-store activities to deliver exceptional client service results, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and adherence to agreed-upon strategies with a focus on clients, people, and brand desirability.
**Team Collaboration & Cultural Contribution:** Work openly, approachably, and in a transparent, united, and mutually supportive manner with retail teams, embodying the "People Promise" of being a Dream Maker, Visionary, and Daring individual
**Cross-Functional Collaboration & Business Acumen:** Actively engage with functional market teams (Client Relations, Client Development, Retail Learning, Retail Performance, HR) to gain comprehensive understanding of luxury retail business pillars and contribute collaboratively.
**Performance Analysis & Reporting:** Analyze and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess effectiveness and contribute to data-driven insights.
**Strategic Project Management & Presentation:** Successfully execute and deliver a comprehensive 360 retail project, culminating in a professional presentation of findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
Qualifications
Required:
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Demonstrated ability to foster collaboration and work effectively in a team.
+ Highly adaptable, positive, and solution-oriented in a dynamic environment.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
+ Strong interest in and passion for the luxury retail industry.
+ Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet business needs.
+ Strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability.
+ Proactive and curious mindset, eager to learn and contribute.
Preferred:

+ Rising senior or recent graduate
This position is a hybrid role that is based in Chicago, IL. The rate for this position is $25 per hour.
