**Compensation:** $25 per hour
Position Overview
The Retail Performance Intern will support the Retail Performance - North America team in analyzing sales and retail KPIs to identify opportunities that enhance business performance across stores. The intern will contribute to data consolidation, reporting, and trend modeling projects that inform retail strategies and decision-making at regional level.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to explore how performance analytics, workforce planning, and client engagement intersect to shape success in luxury retail.
Key Accountabilities
Responsibilities
+ Assist in consolidating and analyze store-level sales data, identifying key trends and performance drivers.
+ Support creation of models and dashboards to forecast future performance and compare regional store trends.
+ Partner with Merchandising teams to connect product category results to store performance metrics.
+ Collaborate with the Workforce planning team to assess the impact of staffing models on conversion and sales.
+ Conduct ad hoc reporting and data pulls from multiple systems to support decision-making and performance tracking. (20%)
+ Partner with the Client Analytics and Achieve (incentive management) teams to link sales performance with incentive structures and KPIs. (10%)
+ Assist in preparing presentations and visual summaries of findings for Retail Leadership and cross-functional partners.
Qualifications
Required
+ Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
+ Strong analytical and quantitative skills; proficiency in Microsoft Excel required.
+ Exceptional attention to detail and ability to synthesize large data sets into actionable insights.
+ Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Preferred
+ Prior internship or coursework experience in retail, analytics, or finance ideal
+ Passion for client experience and the luxury retail environment.
