    About the Role

     

    The Global Creative Production team brings Tiffany & Co.’s creative vision to life through film, photography, and digital content. As a Creative Production Intern, you will gain hands-on experience supporting the production of global campaigns and creative initiatives across multiple platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with producers and creative teams to ensure seamless execution from concept through delivery.

     

    This position is based out of our New York City office. The rate for this position is $25 per hour.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Provide administrative and logistical support to the Global Creative Production team, including scheduling meetings, maintaining production calendars, and managing department status documents.

    + Assist in preparing presentation decks and production materials.

    + Support the organization of producer folders, digital assets, and production archives to maintain accurate and efficient documentation.

    + Partner with producers and creative teams on day-to-day project coordination, including timelines, vendor communication, and deliverables tracking.

    + Participate in on-set experiences and local film/photo shoots to gain insight into the production process.

    + Conduct research on creative agencies, photographers, directors, and production partners as needed.

    + Contribute to a positive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused team culture.

    Required Qualifications:

    + Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Film, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

    + Background or coursework in film, photography, or creative agency environments preferred.

    + Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with creative tools such as Adobe Acrobat, PowerPoint, or Keynote.

    + Interest or experience in film, photography, or creative/advertising agency environments.

    + Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and maintain a proactive, collaborative attitude.

    This internship offers a unique opportunity to:

    + Gain practical experience in end-to-end creative production, from pre-production planning to post-production delivery.

    + Collaborate with internal creative teams.
