Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a skilled Content Author with strong Articulate 360 expertise to support our Talent Development team during a 3 month parental leave period.

This role will focus primarily on the hands-on development of digital learning content, including upcoming onboarding modules and other talent development learning experiences. The ideal candidate excels in rapid eLearning development, is highly organized, and can quickly translate existing materials, drafts, and design guidance into polished, engaging learning assets.

This is not a consultative L&D strategy role. This position is intended for a production-focused learning developer who can independently create and refine build-ready modules.

• Develop high-quality digital learning modules using Articulate Rise and Storyline, following existing design standards and templates.

• Translate instructional outlines, storyboards, and SME input into ready-to-launch eLearning experiences.

• Build and refine materials for onboarding and talent development programs, ensuring content is accurate, consistent, and aligned with CFA Institute branding and learning principles.

• Produce supporting assets as needed (e.g., visuals, learner handouts, facilitator guides).

• Quality-check all learning products, ensuring functionality, accessibility, responsiveness, and alignment with specifications.

• Collaborate with the Talent Development team for reviews, revisions, and iterative improvements.

Prepare final deliverables for upload into the LMS (Workday), including file packaging, versioning, and testing support

Skills and Requirements

3+ years of hands-on eLearning content development experience.

Strong proficiency in Articulate 360 (Rise & Storyline) with a portfolio of completed modules.

Strong attention to detail and quality assurance capabilities.

Familiarity with LMS publishing standards (SCORM, xAPI) and basic media editing tools. Knowledge of accessibility requirements for eLearning.

Exposure to onboarding content or talent development learning programs.
