Job Description
A client/employer of Insight Global is searching for a Partner Solutions Manager to join their team. This person will serve as the primary liaison between global technology partners and internal teams to ensure secure, reliable integrations.
Key Responsibilities Include:
-Build and maintain strategic partnerships that align with business and market needs.
-Drive commercial opportunities and lead partners through the full lifecycle, including onboarding, certification, launch, and optimization.
-Translate technical requirements for seamless collaboration across Product, Engineering, Legal, and Commercial teams.
-Monitor adoption and performance using data-driven insights to enhance processes and deliver continuous improvement.
-Represent the organization in strategic partner discussions and champion innovation within the digital ecosystem.

Skills and Requirements
-8+ years in partner development, product management, or technical account management.
-Experience in logistics, e-commerce, or SaaS environments.
-Strong knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and developer enablement.
-Proven ability to identify opportunities and lead cross-functional delivery.
-Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
-Track record of improving partner onboarding and lifecycle processes. -Familiarity with shipping or fulfillment platforms (e.g., Shippo, ProShip, EasyPost).
-Understanding of API and event-driven integration models.
-Experience with joint go-to-market programs and global stakeholder management.
