Job Description

The Epic Beacon Team Lead oversees the design, build, and optimization of Epic Beacon workflows to support oncology and research operations. This role combines technical expertise with leadership, managing a team of analysts while ensuring high-quality configuration and workflow maintenance. Responsibilities include leading Beacon-related projects, coordinating with clinical and operational stakeholders, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining accurate documentation. The Team Lead also mentors team members, sets priorities, and ensures compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. Candidates should hold Epic Beacon certification (additional certifications in Research preferred) and have at least five years of Epic experience.

Skills and Requirements

5+ years of Epic Beacon experience.

Must have strong organizational skills and be a quick learner. Epic Clinical Research certification is a plus.

Clinical background is preferred.
