Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Manufacturing Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various manufacturing tasks crucial to the production of fuel cells, including screen printing coating deposition, electroplating operations, and material handling/production. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, self-direction, and the ability to work independently while adhering to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct material production tasks, including preparation and application of coatings

• Execute screen printing coating deposition processes on various substrates.

• Perform electroplating tasks within required tolerances.

• Ensure all processes meet the specified quality levels and substrates meet visual inspection standards.

• Maintain accurate records of production activities and results.

• Collaborate with team members to optimize manufacturing processes.

• Identify and troubleshoot issues within the production processes.

Skills and Requirements

• Proven experience in a production environment, preferably in technology manufacturing or similar.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.

• Ability to work independently and self-direct to meet production goals.

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel for data entry and basic spreadsheet management
