SUMMARY
We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Construction Administrator to join our growing team, supporting single-family residential rehab projects across the DFW area. This role anchors the administrative side of our construction operations supporting our construction coordinator, field managers, and ensuring vendors adhere to construction deadlines. The ideal candidate can manage fast moving workloads, values organization, and is committed to contributing to a positive and growth-oriented company culture.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Generate and manage project cases on Salesforce from project setup through completion.
+ Coordinate with field managers to schedule trade vendors to ensure initial work is sequenced efficiently.
+ Generate, manage and maintain all project documentation: contracts, change orders, RQI, invoices, vendor renovation photos, and final scope of work.
+ Evaluate completed work photos against approved scope of work and quality of work to ensure renovations are up to company standards.
+ Coordinate with the leasing team near project completion to ensure a smooth handoff, sharing all necessary updates, documentation, and readiness details.
+ Review invoices and related documents to ensure they align with completed work and submit final invoices to accounting to process payments.
QUALIFICATIONS

+ 3+ years of experience in residential construction or rehab, preferably in single-family homes.
+ Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects at a time.
+ Excellent organizational and communication skills.
+ Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.
+ Ability to interpret, understand, review, and draft vendor contracts.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google and construction management software (e.g., Salesforce, Pipedrive).
+ Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Education and/or Experience
+ 3+ years of experience in residential construction or rehab, preferably in single-family homes.
