This role provides problem solving leadership at key suppliers to drive improvement on flow of material to support OE and MRO delivery targets. Provides the connection and interface between Engineering, Supply Chain, the Airframer and Customer facing organizations focused on product / manufacturing readiness, execution and delivery. The role includes customer management and requires an ability to interface with customers up to the Executive level as necessary.
Job Description
Essential Responsibilities:
+ Highly involved with Customers
+ Lead problem solving using FLIGHT DECK at key suppliers to drive improvement on flow of material to support OE and MRO delivery targets.
+ Is involved in discussions with other disciplines about future developments and consequences for the business unit
+ Major contribution to the strategic plan of higher unit
+ Present to leadership on the business solutions (EB, GM) on production plans and strategies to achieve business and customer targets
+ Work with cross-business teams and important business unit clients to ensure product delivery and planning, including Supply Chain, ATMRO, Fulfillment, Shops/Sources, Quality and Finance
+ Engage in complex long-term processes with Airframers
+ Has a contribution in the development of a business plan for the Product Line as a whole through long-term production planning and achieving near-term production requirements
+ Focal and interface between Project organization / Program Managers and Supply Chain to execute on part flow, supporting Engine & MRO Delivery
+ Other duties as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements:
+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in Customer-facing, Supply Chain, or Engineering roles

+ Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
+ Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
+ Demonstrated deployment of FLIGHT DECK to problem solve
+ Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects
+ Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
+ Demonstrated knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures
+ Established project management skills
