The Branch Manager is responsible for supervising 12 DSD routes in the New Orleans area.

Ensures the merchandising of customers’ shelves or racks according to predetermined plans or layouts.

Ensures route returns are maintained within company standards.

Ensures compliance with all applicable DOT regulations.

Ensures proper inventory levels for all customers.

Sets work schedules, ensuring coverage of each route.

Ensures driver safety training conducted and coach safe driving practices.

Coaches and develops each driver by demonstrating skills and route riding on regular basis.

Manages customer complaints.

Minimum Requirements:

High school graduate or equivalent required.

3 years hands on sales and/or distribution experience in the dairy or beverage industry.

Previous management experience preferred.

Excellent verbal/written communication skills.

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Strong team player and leader with the ability to work across multiple functions and disciplines.

Ability to select, coach, develop, engage, and retain a team of employees.

Class B license preferred.

DOT qualified

Must be able to pass all pre-employment screens (including drug, physical, background and criminal checks).
