Job Overview
Production Operators – 1st Shift
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 /hour
Shifts Available:
+ **1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Monday – Friday)**
A local Monroe company is hiring Production Operators to support their daily packaging and production operations.
Responsibilities:
+ Safely and efficiently package product according to company standards
+ Conduct regular quality checks throughout the shift
+ Bag animal feed and palletize finished goods
+ Prepare products for shipment
+ Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements:
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
+ Comfortable working in hot and dusty environments
+ Able to bend, stoop, and stand for an entire 8-hour shift
+ Steel toe boots required
