**Location:** Eastern Iowa

Salary:** **$75,000–$90,000+ DOE

A growing contractor is seeking a skilled **Project Manager** to oversee commercial/industrial construction projects from kickoff through closeout. This role ensures projects run safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.

Responsibilities

+ Review project specs, contracts, and estimates during kickoff

+ Develop project budgets, schedules, and procurement plans

+ Coordinate manpower and resolve workflow or scheduling conflicts

+ Track job costs, labor productivity, and financial performance

+ Manage submittals, change orders, RFIs, and documentation

+ Support field leadership through site visits & quality oversight

+ Maintain compliance with safety standards and audits

+ Lead client communication and ensure exceptional service

Qualifications

+ Proven experience managing construction or electrical projects

+ Strong knowledge of scheduling, job costing, materials, and procurement

+ Ability to lead teams and collaborate across departments

+ Solid understanding of change order management and contract processes

+ Excellent organizational and communication skills
