Description

**Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring skilled **Industrial Painters** for a project located in **West Fargo, ND** . This is a first shift opportunity and **the pay range is $30-$31/hour** based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

+ Apply primer and topcoat to custom semitrailers using electrostatic painting equipment

+ Perform booth painting in a clean climate controlled facility

+ Paint in multiple positions and use a creeper as needed.

+ Ensure paint meets required thickness and verify using a mil gauge

+ Inspect surface prep to confirm it meets specifications before painting

+ Complete touch-ups or rework when required

+ Maintain & inspect equipment

+ Operate Overhead Crane as needed

+ Handle, store & properly dispose of hazardous materials

Requirements:

+ Must show attention to detail & quality

+ Must have PPE including a respirator fit test

+ Must pass drug screen

+ Must pass background check
