    Job Description

    Position location: Rochester, MN

     

    We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee all aspects of our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities and a deep understanding of warehouse management processes. This role is essential to ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining accurate inventory levels, and optimizing overall distribution center performance. The Warehouse Manager will lead a team, drive operational improvements, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

    Job Duties

    - Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and productivity.

     

    - Manage inventory levels and implement effective inventory control practices.

     

    - Develop, implement, and enforce operational policies and procedures to improve workflow.

     

    - Collaborate with the supply chain team to optimize logistics and distribution processes.

     

    - Hire, lead, and mentor warehouse staff to foster a productive and positive work environment.

     

    - Use transportation management systems to coordinate shipping, receiving, and transportation

     

    activities.

     

    - Apply lean principles to streamline processes, reduce waste, and improve performance.

     

    - Monitor performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.

     

    - Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to support smooth operations.

     

    - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.

    Job Requirements

    - 3 or more years proven experience in operations management in a warehouse or distribution center.

     

    - Strong understanding of inventory management and supply chain principles.

     

    - Experience building functional warehouse operations and small manufacturing facilities.

     

    - Familiarity with transportation management systems and process improvement methods.

     

    - Demonstrated success leading teams and managing warehouse supervisors.

     

    - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.

     

    - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

     

    - Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

     

    - Proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement.

     

    55K-72K base salary plus 5% annual corporate target bonus
