Job Title: Instructional Support Staff (ISS) for 93-831 Law Fundamentals for Arts Managers
Position Type: 10-15 Hours per week
Start Date: Spring 2026

Job Description:
We are seeking motivated and qualified Teaching Assistants (TAs) for the upcoming Spring 2026 semester to support the 93-831 Law Fundamentals for Arts Managers. This role involves grading projects, meeting with students over Zoom or in person, and providing general course support.
Responsibilities:
- Grade student projects and assignments in a timely and fair manner.
- Conduct virtual or in-person office hours to assist students with course material.
- Collaborate with the course instructors to ensure smooth course delivery.
- Provide feedback and support to students to enhance their learning experience.
- Attend class on Tuesdays and Thursday from 5:00- 6:20pm from mid-January through early March.
Qualifications
- Must have successfully completed the 93-831 course with a high grade.
- Strong understanding of contract law and law concepts and applications that affect arts managers
- Experience using Canvas
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous TA position is a plus.
