**Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated CDL B Shred Driver to join our Shredding Services team** . In this role, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating a commercial vehicle to provide essential document destruction and recycling services to our customers. This is a hands-on role that requires both excellent driving skills and a commitment to outstanding customer service.
What You'll Do
In this role, you will:
+ **Lead safe and efficient route execution** by operating and maintaining a company Commercial Driver's License (CDL) vehicle, averaging 16 to 18 local stops daily.
+ **Collaborate with customers** to deliver timely service, maintain strong communication, and accurately complete all necessary service paperwork and records.
+ **Ensure compliance** with all organizational safety standards, Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, and company policies, including pre-employment substance abuse screening and physical requirements.
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
+ A minimum age of 21 with a valid **Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL B)** and a good driving record.
+ Proven ability to perform the physical requirements of the role, including safely loading, transporting materials, lifting at least 70 pounds, and managing bins up to 350 pounds.
+ Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and team members.
What We Offer (Benefits)
+ **Pay:** $24.75 per hour.
+ **Shift:** Approximately 6:30 am – 4:30 pm.
+ **Health & Wellness:** Full health and dental benefits beginning on the first day of employment.

Reasonably expected salary range: $51,400.00 - $64,200.00
