    Overview

     

    Stryten Energy manufactures proprietary and custom injection molding products serving the industrial lead battery, automotive and consumer markets. Stryten Energy is expanding battery poly manufacturing and recycling output to help solve industry-wide supply constraints.

     

    Shipping leads are responsible for leading and training all associates under this position. They are responsible for safe movement and loading of all customers' product and ensuring the production are supplied. They are required to check and complete all required paperwork and ensure inventory integrity.

     

    This opening is on 1st shift; Monday - Friday, 7am - 3pm

    Responsibilities

    + Follow and verify that all employees follow safety guidelines.

    + Lead and coach material handlers and clerks.

    + Provide Injection Presses with plastic material, lead, cardboard, small components, and skids per standard work procedures.

    + Operate a sit-down forklift, stand-up forklift, and pallet jacks.

    + Obtain a forklift certification.

    + Transport Finished goods and components within the plant and store them in designated areas.

    + Manually lift and stack boxes per standard work

    + Supply rework to operators and quality.

    + Maintain plant and storage area organization.

    + Ensure finished goods are transported to the DC for final shipment.

    + Work within Stryten’ MRP system.

    + Use handheld scanner for transfers and item dispositions.

    + Assist in cycle counting and physical inventories.

    + Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.

    + Mix plastic materials as per standard work.

    + Load and unload from trailers

    Qualifications

    + Must be available for Weekend work

    + Must have good attendance record

    + High School Diploma

    + Military training and/or experience encouraged

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

    + Defined in the associated job analysis.

    + Detail oriented

    + Good Hand/Eye coordination
