Join Our Team as a Fiberglass Cutter/Grinder!

Are you detail-oriented, hands-on, and ready to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment? Chris-Craft, a leader in luxury boat building, is seeking a Fiberglass Cutter/Grinder to join our Lamination team. This role is essential to shaping the quality and craftsmanship that define our brand.

What You’ll Do

+ Grind and cut fiberglass parts with precision and care.

+ Learn and operate advanced tools, including the Zund cutting machine.

+ Read and follow work instructions and drawings accurately.

+ Use overlays to layout and mark parts before cutting.

+ Drill holes and perform cuts using pneumatic and hand tools.

+ Cross-train in multiple cutting areas and collaborate with a skilled team.

+ Maintain a safe and clean work environment.

What We’re Looking For

+ High school diploma or GED preferred; technical certifications a plus.

+ Experience with fiberglass and basic hand tools helpful.

+ Strong attention to detail and ability to stay on task.

+ Good vision and attendance record.

+ Ability to wear a respirator and work in PPE-required environments.

+ Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied positions.
