What You’ll Do

+ Prepare surfaces by sanding, grinding, and buffing to perfection.

+ Mix and apply primers, sealers, and paint to fiberglass parts.

+ Perform repairs, fill imperfections, and ensure smooth finishes.

+ Operate tools like DA sanders, air files, and paint guns with expertise.

+ Mask and protect areas for clean, professional results.

+ Inspect your work for quality—because excellence matters here.

+ Collaborate with the team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

What We’re Looking For

+ High school diploma or GED preferred.

+ 1+ year of experience painting automobiles, boats, or similar.

+ Knowledge of paint processes, chemicals, and tools.

+ Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

+ Physical stamina and manual dexterity.
