Responsibilities

Develop and lead the implementation of policies, procedures and initiatives for assigned services.

+ Work collaboratively with insurance partners and clinic/hospital partners in developing Population Health programs.

+ Develop service area goals and standards consistent with medical, administrative, legal and ethical requirements of the health care delivery system.

+ Plan, organize and direct activities related to staffing, including hiring, orienting, evaluating and continuing education initiatives.

+ Prepare service area budget and ensure that department operates within allocated funds. Coordinate and direct internal and external driven audits.

Requirements

Education:

+ High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.

Additional Preferences

+ Population Health experience

+ ACO experience

+ Master's degree
