Responsibilities

Administer office systems and services including vendor management, daily operations, voicemail systems, and clerical function. Supervise the daily activities of administrative and clerical support personnel in assigned areas.

+ Identify and implement systems to streamline and gain efficiencies in work processes.

+ Organize and coordinate projects, conferences and other events.

+ Provide leadership, orientation, training, coaching and mentoring to staff.

+ Responsible for performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.

+ Determine, coordinate and supervise daily staffing assignments and staffing levels.

+ Organize, implement, direct and evaluate the administration function and performance.

Requirements

Education:

+ High School diploma equivalency with 1 year of experience OR 2 years of applicable cumulative jobspecific experience required.

+ Note: Required professional licensure/certification and 1 year of experience can be used in lieu of education, if applicable.

Additional Preferences

*Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling required

*Supervisory experience highly preferred

*Must have a valid driver's license
