    Customer Service Representative (Temp-to-Perm)

     

    Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

     

    Pay: $18-$19 hr

     

    We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented **Customer Service Representative** to provide administrative and customer support in a fast-paced environment.

    Responsibilities:

    + Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via phone and email

    + Process requests, documentation, and client updates accurately

    + Log client interactions and resolutions in internal systems

    + Build strong client relationships and resolve issues proactively

    + Follow HIPAA-compliant communication guidelines

    + Perform additional duties as assigned

    Qualifications:

    + High school diploma required (Bachelor’s preferred)

    + 2+ years of customer service experience

    + Strong verbal and written communication skills

    + Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

    + Legal or service industry experience a plus
