    ? **Why you should apply to be an Assembler II:**

    ? **Location:** 10 Dock Street, Dubois, PA 15801

    ? **Pay Rate:** $15/hour

    ? **Shift:** 12-hour shifts, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (2-2-3 rotation)

    ? **Employment Type:** Temp-to-Hire (6-month initial contract)

    ? **Work Setup:** Onsite, manufacturing environment

     
     

    + Follow all workplace safety and product quality policies and guidelines.

    + Complete site-specific safety and quality training requirements.

    + Receive components in programmed sequence for assembly and/or testing.

    + Assemble and test mechanical and electrical components using hand and power tools.

    + Follow detailed assembly and test instructions such as color coding, PVC thermal welding, and thread taping.

    + Assemble minor variations of standard in-house products.

    + Enter work hours into the ERP system and complete required production documentation.

    + Participate in continuous improvement activities, including daily housekeeping and 5S audits.

    + Read and understand basic layout and assembly drawings.

    + Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

    + Support internal and external customer needs and expectations.

    ? **This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:**

    + A High School Diploma or GED.

    + 1–3 years of assembly, production, or manufacturing experience.

    + Mechanical aptitude gained through hands-on work, technical school, or experience.

    + Ability to operate a computer and communicate via telephone.

    Physical Requirements:

    + Ability to stand and work on your feet for up to 12 hours per shift.

    + Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.

    + Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, climb stairs, and perform manual labor safely.

    + Ability to work in environments with noise, dust, and dirt (hearing protection may be required).

    + Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
