    Responsibilities

    Coordinate clinical staffing, maintain work schedules and track associate attendance.

     

    + Develop clinical work schedules, anticipating staffing needs, to ensure sufficient staffing for each shift within budgetary guidelines.

    + Coordinate flex scheduling to reduce over staffing, staff shortages and/or overtime.

    + Compile data for reporting on financial indicators and staffing related data.

    + Monitor attendance records and report issues to department leader.

    + Maintain time maintenance system for clinical departments.

    + Confirm completion of clinical competency checklists prior to creating post orientation schedules for new hires.

    Requirements

    EEducation:

    + High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

    + Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

     

    Additional Preferences

     

    Prior experience with Microsoft excel and pivot tables preferred
