What you'll do

+ Inspect, evaluate, and repair returned products across multiple product lines.

+ Coordinate product evaluations and collaborate with engineering teams for resolutions.

+ Schedule and manage repair activities to meet customer deadlines.

+ Build and test cable assemblies and terminations in-house.

+ Maintain accurate documentation and enter data into ERP systems.

+ Track and report department metrics to support continuous improvement.

+ Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and management.

+ Promote and maintain a safe, organized work environment.

What you need

+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills – **required**

+ Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively – **required**

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools – **required**

+ Experience with hand tools and measuring equipment – **required**

+ Knowledge of electrical systems and testing devices – **preferred**

+ 5 years of manufacturing experience – **required**

+ 2-year technical degree or equivalent – **preferred**

+ Familiarity with lean practices like 5S – **preferred**
