Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Director of IT & Security Operations to lead our enterprise technology infrastructure and security programs. This role is responsible for ensuring the resilience, scalability, and security of our IT environment while driving operational excellence across systems, networks, and enterprise applications. The Senior Director will partner with executive leadership to align technology and security strategies with business objectives, safeguard critical assets, and enable innovation.
Requirements:
+ **Leadership & Strategy**
+ Define and execute the vision for IT and security operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
+ Lead and mentor a high-performing team of IT and security professionals.
+ Establish governance frameworks, policies, and standards for IT and cybersecurity.
+ **IT Operations**
+ Oversee enterprise infrastructure including networks, servers, cloud platforms, and end-user computing.
+ Ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of systems supporting business operations.
+ Drive automation, modernization, and efficiency initiatives across IT services.
+ **Security Operations**
+ Lead the organization’s cybersecurity program, including threat detection, incident response, and vulnerability management.
+ Implement and maintain security controls, monitoring systems, and compliance frameworks
+ Partner with risk management and compliance teams to ensure regulatory adherence.
+ **Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement**
+ Work closely with business leaders to understand technology needs and deliver secure, reliable solutions.
+ Serve as the primary liaison with external vendors, auditors, and regulators for IT and security matters.
+ Communicate risks, strategies, and progress to executive leadership and the board.
+ **Continuous Improvement**
+ Stay ahead of emerging technologies, cyber threats, and industry best practices.
+ Champion a culture of security awareness and operational excellence across the organization.
+ Drive metrics, reporting, and KPIs to measure IT and security performance.
Additional Skills:
+ Bachelor’s degree in technology or 12+ years of related experience.
+ 12+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, with at least 5 years in senior management roles.
+ Proven track record in managing enterprise IT operations and security programs.
+ Strong knowledge of operations, networking, and enterprise applications.
+ Expertise in security frameworks, compliance standards, and risk management.
+ Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
+ US Citizenship required
**Hybrid employees must live within 75 miles of the iconectiv office in Bridgewater, New Jersey, which is the in-person office location where the employee will report when working in-person
At iconectiv, we expect to pay between $168k - $243k for this role. This role is eligible for variable pay (bonus). The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include, but are not limited to, the type and years of experience within the job, the type of years and experience within the industry, education, skills, abilities and geographic region.
**Benefits:** On the first of the month following date of hire, employees working more than 30 hours/week are eligible for medical, dental, vision, disability (short and long term) and basic and supplemental life insurances.
