    • **Schedule:** Full-Time | Onsite

    • **Status:** Non-Exempt

    • **Weekend Work:** Occasional

    Role Overview

    As a **Clinical Laboratory Scientist II** , you will:

    + Perform diagnostic testing and quality control procedures

    + Prepare reagents and report results according to established policies

    + Conduct moderate to high complexity testing

    + Maintain computer applications, equipment, and supplies

    + Assist with training and orientation of testing personnel

    + Evaluate staff competencies

    + Perform other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    • **Education**

    + **Required:** Associate’s degree in Medical Technology or related field

    + **Preferred:** Bachelor’s degree in related field

    • **Experience**

    + Clinical laboratory experience required

    • **Licensure/Certification**

    + State of Florida Clinical Laboratory Technologist License (Required)
