St. Peter's Hospital, Albany, Full Time
You will assist in delivering care, including assessing needs, planning and meetings the needs of patients in the Medical Surgical unit

What you will do:
+ Facilitate patient care with the care team
+ Maintain Patient Safety and clean, safe environment
+ Other duties as assigned
+ Promotes and supports an organized work environment
Responsibilities:
+ Under the supervision of the RN provides quality nursing care focusing on excellent outcomes and patient experience
What you will need:
+ Current NYS LPN license
+ BLS
+ Strong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain relationships with patients, families, physicians and coworkers
Pay ranges based on education and years of experience. $24.00 - $30.10.
