    Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) Talent Acquisition (TA) Engineering team has an exciting opportunity for an **Experienced** **Talent Acquisition Specialist** to join our team in **El Segundo, CA** or **Huntsville, AL** !

     

    This role will be responsible for collaborating with Business Leaders and Human Resources (HR) Partners to develop and execute recruitment strategies that deliver engaging and personalized candidate experiences.     Position Responsibilities:

    + Partner with hiring leaders to understand critical job requirements, create and implement candidate generation strategies, and deliver the best candidates for each open position

    + Leverage our Applicant Tracking System to create and publish requisitions, screen candidates, and assist in providing a smooth on-boarding experience

    + Partner and manage high-touch relationships with internal and external candidates and domestic hiring managers across multiple disciplines, locations and businesses

    + Understand and translate technical/functional hiring needs to ensure job descriptions, qualifications and requirements are effectively reflected in job postings

    + Utilize recruiting tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Talent Insights, HireVue and Avature

    + Search external resume databases proactively using Boolean search strings in a Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) environment

    + Maintain pipeline of pre-screened candidates and continued contact with candidates to retain interest

    + Provide proactive and consistent communication with business partners to drive the process, provide status and ensure successful hire within the expected timeline

    + Participate in recruiting events as needed

    Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

    + Experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data

    + 3+ years of experience in full life cycle recruiting (screening, and closing both internal and external candidates)

    + 3+ years of experience sourcing talent using a variety of tools including LinkedIn and professional networks, Boolean searches, and other social media tools

    + 3+ years of experience building relationships with business partners, human resources and internal recruiting / staffing teams and candidates

    Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

    + Bachelor’s degree or higher

    + Experience recruiting candidates with active security clearances

    + Experience with Workday

    + Experience with Tableau

    + Experience with high-volume recruiting

    + Experience negotiating compensation with business partners and candidates

    Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

     

    Summary pay range: $85,000 - $123,050
