Sr. Compensation Analyst

Saint-Gobain is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to provide support to the Senior Compensation Manager and team in the development and ongoing administration, design, analysis, and implementation of various compensation programs across the organization. This includes but is not limited to the annual compensation campaigns, salary structures design, and modeling complex costing scenarios.
+ Administer and provide support to the Senior Compensation Manager for annual activities such as merit and bonus processing, stock grants, employee stock purchase program (PEG), and regular financial reporting efforts. This would include managing eligibility, costing analysis, communication efforts and auditing.
+ Partner with HRIS to support Compensation Advanced Compensation, Payroll, and Core implementation and ongoing administration.
+ Manage the Pay Factors data integration to HRIS and act as subject matter expert for ongoing administration of project.
+ Conduct data analysis for assigned projects, including the annual compensation cycle, as needed ensuring timely and accurate materials for review and decision making. Maintain monthly/quarterly data reviews and audits in various systems.
+ Respond to initial compensation inquiries based on established guidelines. Must be able to interpret and explain compensation policies and programs to provide appropriate guidance to tier two Field HR. Escalate and/or delegate questions to Senior Compensation Manager as necessary.
+ Respond to various compensation surveys and conduct comprehensive data analytics in support of department priorities.
+ Conduct job evaluations, respond to compensation surveys, and conduct comprehensive data analytics in support of department priorities. Communicate latest programs/changes and upcoming events to required audiences and be able to interpret compensation policies.
+ Other duties as assigned.
+ Bachelor's Degree (Human Resources Management, Business or equivalent)
+ Analytical skills, problem solving skills, training capability
+ Competency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (MS office suite)
+ Competency in Workday
